- For larger batches or individual orders (e.g., with custom labeling), the fulfillment time may change – information about this will be provided to the Client via email correspondence.
- The Seller reserves the right to introduce restrictions on shipping goods outside Poland due to legal or logistical constraints.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
- The Client, being a Consumer (including a natural person conducting business activity in cases covered by applicable law), has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Seller of their decision through a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter).
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
- The Client bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Refunds for returned goods are made promptly, no later than 14 days from the Seller's receipt of the withdrawal notice. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of their return is provided.
- The Seller makes refunds using the same payment method as the Consumer used unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to another refund method, which does not involve any costs for them.
- In cases provided for by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply (e.g., for goods made to individual order or perishable goods).

- The Seller undertakes to respond to the complaint no later than 14 days from the moment the complaint is received.
- The Client exercising warranty rights must deliver the defective item at the Seller's expense.
- For Clients who are not consumers, the Seller excludes liability under warranty.

- requesting defect removal,
- requesting replacement of the defective item with one free from defects,
- price reduction, specifying the exact amount and ensuring proportional reduction due to the defect's severity,
- withdrawing from the contract (demanding a refund), provided the defect is not insignificant.
