Cutting room
- Is the cutting room automatic or manual?
- What is the precision of the cutting?
- What kind of fabric can you cut, what is the maximum width?
Our fully automatic cutting room, working on Bullmer equipment, accepts orders for cutting materials and performing stitching. In terms of cutting, we guarantee optimization of cutting layouts and reduction of material waste to a minimum, while maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of the cutting itself, which is impossible to achieve in the case of classic manual cutting. Our cutting room includes an automatic lagging machine, an automatic feeding table with a length of 11m and a multilayer cutter that enables the cutting of overlays up to 8 cm after compression. The lagging machine supports rollers up to 182cm wide, while the 360cm-long cutting table cutter has a 180cm-wide, 250cm-long cutting window. We work on Inventex software using both digital templates received from the customer and offer the possibility of digitizing traditional templates.

We have two sewing rooms with more than 30 seamstresses working permanently. We sew from any type of textile material – including the ones provided by our customers. For high-volume orders it is possible to sew labels with the Client’s logo to our products.

We only withdraw products that go out of fashion and cease to be profitable for our Partners. We guarantee the constant availability of tested and popular products. This is possible thanks to raw material stocks, an efficient production team, and a warehouse of ready-made covers for soft play products.

We provide a 2-year warranty on every product. We review every complaint. You can contact us via email or phone. Our consultants speak English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. The maximum waiting time for a response is one business day. The fulfillment time depends on the quantity of ordered products – we establish it with the Customer and keep the promised deadline. We collaborate with clients who are interested in dropshipping only, as well as with large stores to which we send consolidated shipments.

We cooperate with customers which are interested only in dropshipping as well as with large stores, where we send bulk transport.
