PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The personal data administrator of the data collected via the https://my-velinda.com/ website is TTM POLSKA SP. Z O.O. UL. WYŚCIGOWA 56C 53-012 WROCŁAW, email address: info@my-velinda.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
  2. A User is an individual using the https://my-velinda.com/ website
  3. The Administrator, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), respects and fully acknowledges the right of Users to privacy and protection of personal data, thus processes the necessary personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
  4. The Administrator applies all available technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the processed personal data of Users appropriate to the threats and category of data protected, and in particular takes all steps to protect the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons, theft, processing in violation of applicable legal provisions, and from alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.

 

II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

  1. The personal data of Users, collected by the Administrator, is used solely for the purposes of:
    1. preparing a service quote through a form for interested parties – with the explicit consent of the User;
    2. contacting the User via the contact form (“Contact”) – responding to the User’s inquiry by email or by telephone – the legal basis for these actions is the processing of data necessary to take action at the request of the person concerned,
    3. marketing purposes – with the explicit consent of the User – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  2. During the registration in the “Project Valuation” and “Contact” forms, the Administrator processes the following personal data of the User:
    1. First and last name
    2. Telephone number,
    3. Email address.
  3. Providing personal data referred to in item 2 is voluntary and requires the User’s consent and is necessary for presenting an electronic service quote and contacting the User to respond to their inquiries electronically or by telephone.
  4. Users’ personal data will be stored by the Administrator for a period of:
    1. regarding data processed for the purpose of preparing a service quote via the “Value the service” form – for the duration of the correspondence related to the service quote, and in case of entering into a service provision agreement, it will feed into the Administrator’s client base and will be further processed for the purpose of executing the agreement, or will be deleted if cooperation between the Administrator and the User does not proceed, within 30 days from the last contact of the User with the Administrator or in case of withdrawal of consent.
    2. regarding data processed to respond via the “Contact” form – until the Administrator perceives the correspondence or contact from the User as conclusively closed. Data will be deleted before the lapse of 30 days. In the absence of a response and in unclear situations, the data will be stored for a period of 3 months from the date of the last message sent.
    3. data processed based on consent, i.e., data used to send marketing information, will be processed until the withdrawal of consent.
  5. The Administrator does not transfer personal data of Users obtained in accordance with item 2 to other entities.

III. USER’S RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA

  1. User’s personal data processed for marketing purposes is based on the voluntary consent of the User. The User may withdraw their consent at any time by emailing the Administrator. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing that was carried out before this withdrawal.
  2. The User has the right to access their personal data and to rectify it.
  3. The User has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Administrator’s dataset, especially the right to request completion, updating, rectification, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing, or their deletion, if they are false, outdated, incomplete, or obtained in violation of the law, or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
  4. The User may exercise the above rights by sending an appropriate email to the Administrator.
  5. In case of violations related to the data processing process, complaints should be reported to the supervisory authority, which is performed by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw)

IV. “COOKIES” FILES

  1. The https://my-velinda.com/ website uses “cookies”. The lack of changes to the browser settings on the User’s side is equivalent to consenting to their use.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are text files, aimed at collecting standard Internet login information and information about the behavior of users while visiting websites, which are stored in the User’s end device and are intended for use with the website.
  3. Only the Administrator has access to the Cookies files. The files do not contain personal data.
  4. On the https://my-velinda.com/ website, two main types of cookies are used: session cookies and persistent cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until leaving the website or turning off the web browser. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  5. The Administrator uses marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel to direct advertisements to the User. As part of these tools, we direct advertisements to you on Facebook. In this respect, the Administrator relies on a legally justified interest in the form of marketing its own services. For this purpose, the Administrator uses cookies from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Within the cookie settings, the User can determine whether they consent to the Administrator’s use of Facebook Pixel.
  6. Facebook Pixel allows Facebook to identify visitors to https://my-velinda.com/ as a target group for displaying ads on the Facebook platform. The Administrator uses Facebook Pixel to display its advertisements on Facebook to individuals registered on this social networking site who have shown interest in the services provided by the Administrator. The Administrator also uses Facebook Pixel to analyze the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook for statistical purposes. Facebook Pixel establishes a direct connection with Facebook servers during the User’s visit to the https://my-velinda.com/ site. The information collected in this way is transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. The data collected through Facebook Pixel are anonymous, i.e., they do not allow the Administrator to identify the user.
  7. The Administrator uses cookies to track website statistics, such as the number of visitors, the type of web browser used for browsing websites, time spent on the site, visited subpages, etc. In this respect, the Administrator uses Google Analytics utilizing cookies from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Administrator relies on a legally justified interest in the form of marketing its own services. Within the cookie settings management mechanism, the User has the opportunity to decide whether the Administrator will use marketing tools as part of the Google Analytics service or not.
